These terms apply when you play on the FurrySMP Minecraft server, use furrysmp.com, or join our Discord. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FurrySMP.
Who we are
FurrySMP is run by whiscey (whiscey.net) as part of the whiscey.net network of Minecraft servers. You can reach us at [email protected] or by opening a ticket in our Discord.
Who can play
- You must be 13 or older to play on FurrySMP or join our Discord.
- If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play or to buy anything.
- You need your own Minecraft account. Both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition are supported.
Following the rules
Everyone on FurrySMP follows our Rules, which are part of these terms. They're there to keep FurrySMP a safe and welcoming place for furries, therians, queer folk and everyone else.
If you break the rules or these terms, staff may warn you, mute you, ban you, or remove your access to the server, the Discord or both, temporarily or permanently. Bans may apply across the whiscey.net network.
What you post
You're responsible for what you say, build and share on FurrySMP, including chat, builds, signs, books, skins and Discord messages. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that you don't have the right to share. You keep ownership of what you create, but you let us show, store and use it as needed to run the server and community (for example, builds staying on the map, or screenshots of the server). Staff may remove anything that breaks the rules.
In-game money and items
In-game money, items, claims and other in-game things have no real-world value. They can't be sold, bought or traded for real money or anything outside the game, and they aren't your property.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by our store's payment provider under its terms; refunds follow its policy and the law where you live.
Voting
You can vote for FurrySMP on each voting site once per day. Votes must be made by you, by hand: using bots, scripts or other automated voting isn't allowed and may lose you your rewards.
Availability
We work hard to keep FurrySMP running, but we can't promise it will always be online or that nothing will be lost. The server may go down for maintenance or problems, worlds may be reset, and we may need to roll back progress (for example, after a crash or griefing). We may change, add or remove features at any time.
Other websites
Our site and server link to things run by other people, like Discord, voting sites and our store. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limits on our liability
FurrySMP is a free community server provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost in-game progress or items, or problems caused by other players or other services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live that can't be taken away.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
